Karen Sparkes: President & Owner

As our fearless leader, Karen has built PCR based on her values of innovation, excellence, professionalism, trust, accuracy, and integrity. These attributes permeate every PCR service and client interaction.  She joined PCR in 2003, bringing with her years of experience in the legal system, including the Law Society of Upper Canada and General Motors’ legal department.

Karen acquired ownership in 2006 and has since developed PCR into one of the most reputable and reliable court reporting firms in the city. Her steadfast determination and strong leadership is at the forefront of the PCR team and ensures our continued success and growth.

 

 

Mike Hilton: Accounts Manager

Mike-HiltonMike oversees all of the financial aspects of Professional Court Reporters from internal accounting to client invoicing.  He brings his extensive business background and infectious smile to the PCR team and is always available to field client concerns and ensure the smooth operation of our financial team. 

 

 

 

 

Rose Donnelly: Resource Manager


A graduate from the University of Waterloo, Rose has vast experience in human resources and administrative solutions. Her years of managerial experience has made her the best choice of ensuring the smooth day to day operations at PCR. From client bookings to employee scheduling, she has it down to a T.

When you join us at our North York office, Rose is always there to greet you with a smile and is unwavering in her pursuit of complete client satisfaction.

 

 

Cindi Adalath: Executive Assistant

With PCR since 2011, Cindi is the backbone of our back of house operations. With her extensive court reporting background and strong knowledge of the Canadian legal system, Cindi is always available to field client concerns and keep our reporters up to date with current technologies and training.

Her strength in leadership and hard work has made her the PCR "jack-of-all-trades" from transcript coordinator, to Karen's right-hand woman and office manager.

 

 

 

 

Carolyn Potter: Client Services

Carolyn-P

Carolyn holds a degree in Psychology and Criminology from York University. Prior to joining PCR, she showcased her administrative abilities and knowledge of the legal system as an executive assistant with Community Safety and Correctional Services.

Carolyn heads our Downtown office and works closely with Rose to ensure all client interactions are pleasant and seamless from booking to the day of examination and beyond.

 

 

 

 

  

Lindsey Bevan: Administrative Assistant

A recent honours graduate of the University of Toronto, Lindsey is the newest addition to the PCR team. From reporting and transcription to media and marketing, she is an active participate in many aspects of the company.
